10 out of 10 would read again.Really, you captured the feeling of the film quite well. Though I have to say, for a porn film, made by the porn industry, about a pornstar's tragic suicide..."cheap and exploitative" was exactly the right note to hit. It's a microcosm of the entire industry, and in that sense, it's perfect.

This film is an emotional oxymoron. On the one hand, the question of Shauna Grant's suicide is raw and tragic, and to the extent it's discussed by those who knew her and worked with her it seems legitimate. But as a framing story for sexually explicit scenes - some of which are, erotically speaking, quite good - it feels cheap and exploitative. In that sense, those scenes make me feel cheap and tawdry - a feeling I don't otherwise experience in the world of adult entertainment.

I also want to thank Sound67 for uploading it, along with other remarkable and enjoyable vintage content. My divided feelings about this film notwithstanding, it's an interesting and important bit of adult cinema.
